XCLAIM is a marketplace for bankruptcy claims trading—kind of like eBay...but instead of vintage Pyrex, the "products" being bought and sold are bankruptcy claims. The bankruptcy legal system and marketplace have remained somewhat static over the past century. XCLAIM aims to change it.
